"Staff ok but I couldn't sleep. At 5 am the house keeper started clean the room upstairs and made too much noise!!!"

"First, the views are spectacular, the views will be hard to beat anywhere else. I also loved the location, it was much quieter than further south and was so close to the ocean. It didn't take much exploring to find surfers everywhere. The place is very clean and has all the amenities you'll need for your stay. Check-in was easy, access is easy but well secured. On sight security. This is just an excellent place and I do plan on returning and staying here many more times!"

"The view and location at this property are unparalleled and the stay is a unique experience. This is definitely where I will stay again if I come back To this area. Staff is super attentive, restaurant is great, spa is nice, rooms are nice and clean and a view of a lifetime in a rock and bird sanctuary. "

"Nice hotel in an area a little away from the main points of Quintero. I had a few problems with the service in the hotel. Rude housekeeping because on the morning that they knocked the door to clean the room we had yet to put the "do not disturb" sign on the door. The housekeeper was extremely rude. The next day after the room had been cleaned there were no towels in the room. I called reception (after i had got out of the shower!) and it took more than 20 minutes for towels to arrive. We had problems charging bills to the room and again the staff were rude and not very helpful. On check out I was told that I couldn't use a foreign debit card to pay the bill to pay in US dollars to not pay tax (as a foreign tourist). This is only possible using a credit card something that they should make clear at the time of booking."

"Great location, only 5 min driving to Cachagua and Zapallar. We were greeted by Carlos, the owner. The room had a big terrace with ocean views, nice kitchenette, big spaces. Everything looked new and recently built. I would definitely stay back here again. "
