A good stay.

Room is as spacious, comfortable and clean as a 4 stars business hotel and it has minifridge, microwave and coffee maker. Surprisely the restaurant (steak house) is one of the nicest we have been. The only complain would be hotel has not elevator (or maybe it has, but half of it its in remodeling process) so we had to carry all luggage thru the outside stairs in a rain weather.

Good location , front desk friendly and efficient. Rooms are being remodeled. Room was large modern and clean, however, it was completely finished. No towel bar or toilet paper holder in bathroom.no shelf for shampoo , soap,etc in shower. Hole in ceiling of bathroom. Room was still a great value for the price . I continue to stay here every year the night before I cross the border.

Location off main drag is excellent and hotel is quiet. Hotel looks a bit shabby from outside but rooms are well maintained and beds very comfortable. No fuss with our service dog. Will stay there again.

We stay at Mariposa over night on our way to Mexico. The restaurant is AWESOME and the rooms are cheap for 1 night to just eat and sleep but definitely not a place for anyone somewhat "higher maintenance". Seems like the toiletries are just left if not completely used, like second handish. It is quite though and so far the front desk people have all been super friendly.

We only stayed one night but the room was clean, and it was quiet. The lady at check-in was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent, and the staff service was very friendly and attentive. The food was spot on, but a bit expensive.

It's a great place to stay, it's an older building, but it's well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. They have a great steak restaurant called Caracu with an upscale menu. Guaranteed you'll enjoy.

Better shower pressure and heads, but that’s always a grip for me as I have long curly hair! As always, the staff was super friendly and helpful. We get a good nights rest before crossing the border on our trip south.
