"Had a pretty good experience staying at Tru hotel. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was a little stuffy do to windows being unable to open to get fresh air in. But the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet is decent. Pool and workout room are small but serviceable. I would stay here again. "

"It was noisy, kids running in the hallways, the shower drain did not work, bathroom had cracked tiles, there was hair on the side tables.staff at the front desk were great. Besides that nothing else good to say "

"Very disappointed you have to walk 5 mins to parking. Waiting to get security to let you into a secondary lot. When you can’t provide convenient parking, you shouldn’t charge full price of $30 plus tax per night. Staff wouldn’t reduce cost of parking, no offer of a breakfast voucher or any compensation. Will never stay at any of your hotels again based on this lack of customer service and understanding. Also, put on 12th floor which requires switching elevators. Since you primarily cater to travellers, the hotel should make things easier for tired, grumpy individuals and not add to frustration. I would’ve been happy with paying half price for parking, since I got 2nd rate construction service. "

"If you like your car towed and get a $75 ticket for not having consent to park on the while you're staying at the hotel and get charged $361.58 for towing your car and then pay Uber to get to your Towing yard then this is the place to stay at. Management totally unresponsive."

"Property has lots of parking. Our room was run down. Bathroom counter was seperating and falling apart. Still had what appears to have been blood splatter behind the bathroom garbage. Flooring has missing chunks. Shower wall piping cover was falling off. Wall was dirty with drip marks. Staff was excellent. It is a extended stay hotel and suspect hourly as well. For the price, it served its purpose."
