This place is a glorified 2-star motel with a predatory pricing model.We paid $300 per night only to be given a room with a depressing view of the parking lot—which, by the way, they charged us an additional $19 per day just to use.The "included breakfast" was an insult. There were no eggs, no bagels, and shockingly, no coffee. Instead, they served frozen sandwiches that looked like they were bought in bulk from a dollar store.Save your money and stay elsewhere. Paying premium prices for bottom-of-the-barrel service and views is a total scam. Avoid at all costs."

"“Cute Costal Cottages”. We stayed in the “Snapper”. Beds very comfortable, staff very attentive and friendly. We had private outdoor seating facing water. We enjoyed the hammocks in the shade. They serve lemonade and cookies in the afternoon. Breakfast was a great plus. There was a daily charter right at our pier, the couple who ran it were very friendly. We have traveled a lot and know what to appreciate, don’t skip Palmers! Did I mention comfy bed and bend over backwards staff?"

"Good location, right at the 7mi bridge. Very quiet at night. Lots of amenities on location - convenience store, restaurant, boat rentals, bicycles, plenty of free parking. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and the kitchen was nice to have."

"When we checked in after a 7 hour drive our room smelled horrible. Our fridge and freezer smelled of fish. The room was dirty. Hairs on the floor. Property isn't maintained. The wifi was down our whole stay. Which is funny because they tell us to notify them of anything 24 hours before our check-in. But nobody contacted me to notify me that their Wi-Fi has been down. My daughter was traveling with me currently is taking college classes and needs wi-fi to do such. I did complain to the front office. They then moved us into another dirty room. I don't know if my expectations and my standards are too high when I'm paying to stay somewhere. It's very loud at night. People were still up at the end of the dock past 10:00 at night load music. This is my sixth time to the keys in the past year. I love this place and I love to bring my family here to experience it. This was my son and daughter's first time and their experience was ruined. From the beginning when we checked into a dirty room that smelled wasted two hours of our time. Also should mention that they do charge you a fee when you check in as well. Because that is not listed. I'll never come back to this place. "

"My son and I stayed here on 04/29. We didn’t use much of the room due to FISHING!! But staff was very friendly, rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and the a/c was ice cold! I would definitely stay here again. The property also had cool looking cabins and boat rooms!"
