"Arrived at property, looked clean in lounge but not wow factor. Was an empty fridge, but could have been thoughtful if they could have put a bottle of water for us. As the weather was hitting 40 degrees when we arrived there. I asked them for a water bottle their reply was it's not a hotel it's an apartment. "The hotel is beautiful. I was not aware that I was given a room on their new property across from the main hotel which had 3 sets of stairs. However, the view from our room was worth the flights of stairs. My only negative comment is that the counter space in the bathroom is very limited; there is the sink and then barely any space to place your products which have to go inside the cabinet. When blowdrying your hair, there is very limited space to place your hairderyer down. Overall we like the hotel."
