Luxury villa rental w/ pool, jacuzzi, superb view near Nice, Cannes & Monaco

  • Une maison spectaculaire dans les collines de Tourrettes-sur-Loup avec une vue imprenable sur la Méditerranée. La bastide de 350m2 a été récemment rénovée pour offrir quatre somptueuses chambres avec trois salles de bains, une double réception et deux cuisines. Il a été luxueusement aménagé avec tout le confort moderne et meublé avec goût avec des antiquités et de l'art du sud de la France.

    La maison est située dans un jardin plat avec pelouse avec une immense salle à manger extérieure couverte et un barbecue familial. Aménagé dans la roche est une superbe piscine de forme libre de 15 mètres avec cascade, jacuzzi et spa - l'un des meilleurs endroits de la Riviera pour siroter du champagne avec vue sur la Méditerranée.

    La bastide est orientée plein sud, dans un jardin paysager de 3000 m2 principalement aménagé en pelouse plate bordée de palmiers, d'oliviers et d'agrumes. De la maison, les portes-fenêtres donnent sur une immense terrasse couverte et une salle à manger extérieure avec une grande table et des chaises en bois, un évier en pierre. Il y a aussi un terrain de pétanque.

    NB.
    Ma propriété a été très populaire et a déjà été réservée pour toute la saison estivale cette année de mi-mai à mi-septembre par l'agence de voyages Scott Dunn. Veuillez donc les interroger sur les disponibilités en été.

Great Family Holiday

Family of five, kids ranging from 21 to 12, beautifully furnished, great views, all the equipment you would ever need, huge pool and walking distance to a cute old town with plenty of very good restaurants and local shops. Loved our stay.

The property is spacious and very well equipped with an individual and eclectic style of decoration. They are in effect 2 kitchens, an outer one and in addition an internal one, along with a separate utility with washing machine and tumble dryer etc. The combination of all these is to provide a large amount of cutlery, Crockery and utensils. The pool area is fantastic with a built in hot tub adjacent to a large individual shaped pool complete with its own waterfall. We enjoyed dining outside at a large table under a canopy shelter adjacent to the built in BBQ which included a fire starter which very quickly got the BBQ coals lit to a good temperature.We walked down to the village on a number of occasions, it takes about 20 to 25 minutes as we didn't rush with the temperatures being quite high. There is plenty to explore within the village and numerous places to eat out.

Beautiful villa with stunning views

An absolutely beautiful villa with stunning views over the French Riveria. Every necessity and luxury has been thought of to ensure a wonderful holiday, from the very well equipped kitchen and laundry through to the fantastic swimming pool with hot tub, petanque rink and if you need it, the satellite TV. Situated down a quiet country lane but close to the local village and a 20 minute drive to the coast. We were lucky to have sunshine every day without a hint of wind which was important to me as I set up a 30 metre archery target in the garden and happily shot every day. The housekeeper met us on arrival and explained how everything worked which is always helpful. Chris was very quick to answer any queries and allowed us to stay an extra night when our horse ended up running twice at Cagnes-Sur-Mer racecourse which allowed us an extra day to enjoy this beautiful part of the world. Please do not hesitate to book this superb villa - you will not regret a single moment.

Fantastic Villa: Perfect Location

Our family’s stay at your villa was simply AMAZING! Two days back home now, and I still imagine myself basking in the sun by the pool, luxuriating in the hot-tub beneath the stars, playing ping pong with my kids on the patio, grilling dinner on the grand covered terrace, enjoying the manicured gardens, sleeping in that fabulous marbled master suite and, in general, living “La Vita e Bella.” I had been to the Riviera and Provence before, but never to Tourettes-sur-Loop. We absolutely loved it, even more than the other more famous villages in the area. We found your sprawling villa to be even more elegant and luxurious than the photos online; it definitely exceeded all our expectations. So very peaceful and relaxing. And the views of the Provencal hills and the sea were to die for! It was the PERFECT location for everything our family wanted to do, whether it was day trips to Monaco or Cannes, or just walking into the dreamy medieval town of Tourettes every day for pastries, shopping, or dinner. Our last night there, we at what we all agreed was the best restaurant we’ve ever eaten at: La Bistro Rouge. Even in little Tourettes, it was difficult to find, but oh, so very worth it. No menu; you just eat whatever genius chef/entertainer Stefan cooks up for you. Five stars to this villa for giving our family an unforgettable experience of a lifetime!

Oasis of silence

It was a perfect stay. The house and the pool are a dream. The overview about the Cote D`Azur took every morning again our breath away. The interior is absolut perfect and shows the excellent taste of the owner. There a some very old and charming antiques and still everything in the house is in newest technical state of the art. Unlike in many other houses we found here the perfect mattress. Every evening we sat under the roof at the barbecue and enjoyed the changes of the light. The whole family was truly sad to leave an we hope to return next year.

Wonderful stay

Our stay in this house was a very enjoyable one. Everything works to perfection, and you very quickly feel at home. The decor is a joy to the eye, filled with beautiful antiques and comfortable furnitures. Even the bedrooms are fitted with lots of antiques, except for the beds, with fantastic comfortable thick madrases. You feel nothing has been spared here but the best. Although the house did not have air conditioning the temperature was always comfortable due to the very thick walls and light breeze through the house. The outside area is also a joy, with the large covered patio with old wooden beams to cary the roof, a great barbecue with built in fireplace at bottom. The pool is very beautiful with cliff wall and waterfall - more like a large free formed pond than a ordinary pool. The villa was clean and proper upon arrival, and there was always a quick answer from the owner while booking. The area is very charming and we will definitely be coming back.
