    Roaming back yard with grand, multi-level stone patio with lighting. On extra chilly nights or weather-challenged days, fire up the wood stove and relax with a glass of wine. Within walking distance to a private beach and Rocky Neck State Park, or use our parking pass for one of the GNHA beach parking spots! The backyard abuts a nature preserve with several walking paths. 3 miles from Niantic Main Street, boardwalk, restaurants, breweries, shops, marinas, and museums. Niantic is a charming village center within the greater Town of East Lyme.

    If a longer-term stay for work is what you are interested in, we are close to Electric Boat, US Subase- Groton, Millstone Nuclear Plant, Yale-New Haven Health, Hartford Health, and many more! Significant discounts available. Please inquire!

We absolutely loved staying here! The home was clean, well stocked and the owners were easy to contact with great recommendations on what to do in the area! We will definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at this house. It was important for us to have a place to lounge and cook while visiting family. The private beach is beautiful and a 3 minute drive, as is Rocky Neck and the Book Barn, which is one of our favorites!

The property was beautiful and very clean. The hosts were responsive and answered all questions quickly. It was perfect for taking our almost two year old to, and we loved how close the private beach and downtown Niantic were.

The cottage was very adequate and cute. It was decorated very nicely. The beach parking pass was a plus. Also, the Welcome binder with info. The kitchen was nicely supplied. The frozen Kisses were a nice touch (note: the bag is almost empty). We would stay again if needed. Thanks!!!

Lovely home, great location!

This house was so cozy and welcoming. We loved having some games to play, cozy beds, and an easy walk or drive to the local beach--great for kiddo!

This was a nice, quiet cottage perfect for 4 adults. Had everything for a weekend - easy in and out, comfy beds, good kitchen.

Sweet spot in Niantic

Clean and comfortable spot on a quiet street a short drive from the beach and downtown Niantic. It had everything we needed and the owners were responsive to our questions when we booked.

Hosts were very kind when we needed to communicate with them. The parking pass for the private beach parking was great. It was nice to be able to make that super short drive, have no stress for parking and be right there at the private beach. There were beach towels and beach chairs at the property, so we had a nice beach day! All the streaming services on the TV were also nice. It allowed my son to watch the World Cup matches he didn’t want to miss. Porperty was very cute, bathroom was clean, and we had plenty of towels. Washer and dryer worked great.

The property was incredible, so clean and very accurate to what was described in the listing. Bob and Jill were very helpful and insightful in what to do around the area. If you are looking for something quaint and in a nice and quiet neighborhood very close to beach access, this is your place to be! We enjoyed ourselves and would rent here again, thanks for a fun weekend!

The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed to have a small family Thanksgiving. Quiet neighborhood, a 5 minute drive to Rocky Neck State Park. The hosts responded immediately when I was confused about the wifi password (my fault, not theirs.) Would recommend for a small family get-together or a place to celebrate with friends.

This updated turnkey cottage was extremely well-equipped with everything we needed. It was very attractively decorated. Beds were comfortable and A/C kept us cool. It was a short drive to the private association beach that borders Rocky Neck State Park with easy drop-off and convenient parking.

Communication was great leading up to check-in which went smoothly. The house was clean and the kitchen had appliances, along with plenty of dishes, glasses, and silverware to use. The location is great- a short drive to the beach which was amazing. It was a quiet neighborhood but just a short drive to restaurants and shopping in Niantic.
