  • Maison privée de Black Point Beach (5e maison de Niantic Bay) à distance de marche de trois plages. 3 chambres, 2 1/2 salles de bain, 6 couchages. (Deux reines et deux lits jumeaux) Cour clôturée avec balançoire. Plan d'étage ouvert avec trois niveaux. Salle de jeux et buanderie non meublées au niveau inférieur. Salon, salle à manger, coin salon, cuisine, terrasse et 1/2 salle de bain au niveau intermédiaire. Trois chambres et 2 salles de bain (1 douche, 1 baignoire) à l'étage au niveau supérieur. Air central au niveau moyen et supérieur. Des courts de tennis, un terrain de basket et une aire de jeux sont situés près du club house de l'Association. WIFi amélioré, draps, serviettes, chaises de plage, serviettes de plage, Pack N Play, poussette, chaise haute, TV HULU, café et eau en bouteille fournis. Le propriétaire habite localement pour vous aider facilement en cas de problème ou pour fournir des conseils locaux. L'épouse du propriétaire s'assure que la maison est bien préparée pour les voyageurs. Près de casinos, caves, brasseries, pêche charter, Mystic Aquarium, Mystic Seaport, Gilette Castle, train à vapeur Essex, manoirs Newport (1 heure) et Block Island (ferry de 45 minutes). Et n'oubliez pas de faire une promenade de trois kilomètres sur la promenade de Niantic Bay ou de vous promener autour de Niantic ou Old Black Point. NOTE - Puisque la maison a trois niveaux, elle peut ne pas convenir aux personnes qui ont du mal à monter les escaliers.

Very close to the beach. Beautiful neighborhood. House is very nice, specious and comfortable. Bill is nice. He won’t bother you. Almost everything is provided. Grill needs to be cleaned to work better. Bring sharp knifes, spices, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. You will love it there!

This property is a gem! They thought of everything, and the location was ideal. Minutes from the water made it ideal for morning and evening walks, and a day trip into Essex and Gillette Castle were highlights. The home was roomy, nicely decorated, kitchen had a nice flow to it, the beds were comfy, great directions for entry into the home, and a ping pong table to have some fun in the evening. We would definitely recommend this vrbo to family and friends. Thank You Bill!!

Beautiful home with a 5 minute walk to the private beach. The neighborhood was clean and friendly, the beach was serene, and the house itself was very inviting. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Girls trip

The house is beautiful and very clean. It’s in a pretty and very friendly neighborhood very close to the water. It’s in a good location with a lot to do close by, We had a great weekend here. The owner was very friendly and made check in very easy.

Great location, nestled back in the community and close to the water. This home is well maintained and a great get away. It easily accommodated the five adults in our group. Lots of sitting/community space and good sized bedrooms. We’d definitely stay here again. Bill was quickly responsive to a couple of questions we had.

Great Beach House

We stayed for a long weekend with two dogs. They loved having a fenced in yard and we enjoyed the deck. The house is very spacious and the neighborhood was great for walking. It was also nice being so close to the beach and restaurants.

This house is amazing!

My friend and I had an amazing time at this house. It's so beautiful and comfortable, and my dog enjoyed the fully fenced-in yard. I highly recommend staying here.

Great Home Away From Home

Our family stayed for 4 nights and had a great time! The house is spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed! The neighborhood is great- we enjoyed walking down to the beach and the kids liked the playground and tennis courts. We would stay again!

Very clean and well appointed home. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the quaint and quiet neighborhood. I would love to come back in the summer sometime to enjoy the nearby beaches.

Very family-friendly house

The house was great; spacious, everything provided, host labeled everything and made check-in and out very simple. Short walk to several private beaches. Beautiful neighborhood! Ping pong table was the icing on the cake. Will probably stay again!
