« My family stayed for one night so we could see the falls, it was a quick in & out trip for us. The house was exactly as shown/described in the listing, and the owners were very responsive when we had trouble getting connected to the internet. The house is in a very quiet part of town, about a 5-8 min drive from the center of activity surrounding the falls. The Hoblet was the perfect size for my husband and I on our honeymoon. One thing we wish we knew prior to our stay would be the toilet situation with not flushing toilet paper due to their septic. One thing we love, is that the money we spent on our stay goes directly to supporting the animals with food and comfort. »

« Grace and Kayla’s home is absolutely amazing for the “Niagara Falls” family vacation, without staying in the crowds of Niagara. The home had everything we needed, and the hot tub was a great way to unwind in the evening. All the beds were very comfortable and the pillows were also comfy! « We had a group of friends stay here for a weekend of golf. The property fit us all perfectly and the pool was a huge bonus. Linen was clean and on the bed when we arrived. Property is well used and rented frequently, you can tell it’s a busy rental property with some of wall dings and general ware and tear. Nothing that affected our stay and we were all happy.
