« We stayed here before in a 2 bedroom and our experience was fantastic. There are many great little spots to eat near by. This time, we did not like it so much. There was a fight between 2 men not once but twice near our room- very scary to the point that we felt trapped in our room since it was between our room and the exit, and we needed to leave to get our Uber. "Un très bel hôtel situé dans le centre de Philadelphie, ce qui donne possibilité de tout faire à pied, le personnel très à l’écoute est très agréable. Les Chambre sont spacieuses pour une famille de quatre personnes, la literie est top et le ménage irréprochable! L’inconvénient le parking est payant (40$ par jour) "

"Service catastrophique, nonchalance envers leurs hôtes, en 12 jours la chambre a été nettoyé 2 fois ils font la sourde oreille à nos réclamations, les serviettes faut les ramener pour les échanger, ont été obligé de changer de chambre problème de climatisation et la piscine ne donne pas envie de se baigner."
