"The hotel was a great surprise. Perfectly located along the waterfront with a bird's eye view of naval action with the in dock ships. Staff were very nice and it was walkable to nearby activities. Definitely on our return list. From the many hotels we've stayed in recently, it has the best sleeping beds."

"We came to our room about 1:30am and there was no towels or wash cloths in room so that we can take a shower. My son went downstairs the next morning around 9 am and the lady said that they had no clean linens. How you didn’t have any the whole day before or the next morning. Did they check the rooms. So mad I had to go buy towels to wash"

"We recently stayed at this Comfort Inn for two nights. Overall the property was pretty good but the attention to detail was lacking. To be fair, I was a hotel general manager for 15 years and I managed 2 Comfort Inn properties so I might be a little over critical. The room was pretty good but the previous maintenance patches were very visible. A chair had been used as a scratching post and was never repaired or replaced. That same chair had a cup lid down inside the cushion from a previous guest. The bed linen appeared to be in good condition. The bath linens were older and too few for two guests. I have never seen the type of shampoo and conditioner dispensers and They seemed cheap. The breakfast area was too small for the size of the property but the items were replenished in a timely matter. The overall appearance of the property was pretty good but my critical eye picked up many maintenence needed items. Give this property a try, the value for the rate was ok."

"I needed a non-smoking room and got the smoking room. I went the front desk and asked for a change. the gentlemen at the front desk claimed that all rooms were sold. I was running late for a concert so I did not return to the room and headed out to the concert. After the show I stopped by the front desk to see if there were any cancellations. I asked the night agent and explained to him my need for a non-smoking room. He went and checked the room for himself and told me to stay at the front desk. When he came back he said that the room was fine totally disregarding my needs. Very rude. No customer service."

"I really dont know how I was charged $280 for one night for an experience that was very underwhelming. The A/C in the room sounded like a racecar getting started up, so hard to sleep through that. Out of the 4 elevators that were available ONLY 1 WORKED and we were on the 11th floor so stairs were out of the picture. There was food all down the hallway of our floor and the bathrooms on the main floor smelled like they had never been cleaned. I know its not possible but a refund would be amazing and probably the only way I will ever give my business to a Wyndham ever again."

"There was no phone in the room. I know we have cell phones, but in case of an emergency it would've been nice to have a land line. I didn't gave a remote to the tv. I went to the desk and the girl gave me 3 because she didn't know which one controled the tv in my room! The shampoo and conditioner were too small. I have long hair so they we were a joke. The refridgerator was sooo cold it froze my soda and when I opened it it shot all over and I had to clean it up! Other than this my stay was comfortable."
