"The best thing about this property was the very friendly & helpful staff, Sri, was amazing, and made my stay even better. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the coffee in the morning was really good. This property has some age on it, and needs a lot of cosmetic work, but very everything was pretty clean. The location was excellent, and it is very quiet."

"We stayed for 2 nights. The first night, they directed us to 2 rooms (which was unclean) We had to go back and forth inside the elevator to inform front desk that we cannot sleep in that condition and that the rooms weren’t ready. The beds weren’t made up, the tv wasn’t working, there was old food in the garbage, and the shower water had no pressure at all. The second night we booked for a suite and there was no utensils. The staff was not pleasant at all and did not show any empathy or remorse for our stay. I am very disappointed and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"Checked in around 10Pm and the gentleman at the counter was very nice and got me taken care of quickly. Explained where everything was in case I needed any and was very helpful. The hotel itself was very clean and a great all around stay!"
