"We booked two rooms. 1st room had dirty table with food stains, fridge and broken sink handles. 2nd room had broken stove top, broken sink handle. 2nd room also had dust, lots of hair, and stain on bed sheet which they just put a blanket to cover on top of it. Boxes everywhere in the lobby stacked up and pool area was closed and was being used as storage with boxes everywhere as well. Asked for refund and got out of there fast to fund a new hotel."

"Stayed overnight for soccer tournament. Microwave and nice size fridge. Clean. Air conditioning worked great! Two adults two boys comfortable. Small pool, bar, and breakfast was above average with biscuits gravy, hashbrowns, waffles, eggs. Really nice for the price range!"

"The staff were really friendly and helpful. We have stayed here three times, and the staff have always been the best amenity. However, this last stay, we felt the room wasn't as clean. Still a 4, but not a 5. We will continue to stay here when we visit Pleasant Hill."

"The tub in the room didn’t drain and there was hair in it. I stepped on an industrial staple on the ground of my room ,which sent me to urgent care. The hotel was listed as pet friendly but when I arrived I had to pay extra for a pet friendly room for my service dog, after the desk person said I needed to provide documentation for my service dog, which is illegal. There was something all over the walls around the sink. The extra top safety lock didn’t exist - like it was pulled off the door. "

"Host was exceptionally response, place was really nice and quiet and fairly easy to find. Not being able to dispose of TP in the toilet, due to septic system "sensitivity" was something I should have been in description. I would have easily overlooked that had the price been more reasonable. Overall it was a pleasant experience, I just would not have chose the place had certain issues been mentioned during booking. Having a responsive host made it enjoyable non-the-less."
