« This property is in a terrific location for leaving your car and walking around Newport or hopping on the (free) bus. Parking is difficult and expensive. The unit itself is hard to locate the first time because GPS maps don't seem to know about one-way streets.Once you find it, you will love it. The property is clean, spacious and well-stocked. »

« The location was by far the greatest part of this rental experience. The couches are old, uncomfortable and the pull out bed was the same. The ac unit in the living room is cracked, loud and dirty. The duct was taped to to the window. Each of the bedrooms have individual windows units that work well and will keep the rooms cold. The pillows and beds in each need to be replaced. There is visible mold on the ceiling and walls. The only accurate picture is of the kitchen, large semi-updated space...

« This cottage was awesome, and the hosts were amazing! The location is perfect, just a few minutes’ walk to the beach and in such a beautiful neighborhood. The cottage is set up perfectly and very thoughtfully furnished. We especially loved the patio area, which was great for relaxing both during the day and at night. The fire pit was a nice bonus for hanging out and making s’mores in the evening. The hosts were very attentive and even left us a thoughtful welcome basket with some amazing sweets...
