"1 star. Do not book. Unsafe and nothing like the photos. We arrived to find an apartment that barely resembled the listing. Both couches were stained, and one was broken in the middle. The whole unit had a strong, unpleasant smell that never let up. The bathroom was worse. The door got stuck against a cabinet and trapped our 4-year-old inside; she couldn't get out, and it was genuinely terrifying for her. The shelf shown in the listing photos wasn't there either; in its place was a bare board...

"The location was excellent! It was within walking distance of downtown, Cliff Walk, and the Tennis Hall of Fame. It was was clean and spacious with a little kitchenette. I liked the parking lot where I could load & unload my car easily."

Quick walk to the public access path to walk along 1st beach. Or take a hike along the Cliff walk on a beautiful day. So much to do in downtown Newport or relax at the local restaurants within walking distance.
