"The person who checked me in was very unfriendly - didn’t return my greeting, wouldn’t make eye contact or answer my questions, didn’t give me any information about the property - just thrust my keys at me and pointed to the elevator. Another guest had to show me how to use my key to get to my floor. There was no clock in the room at all, and the phone didn’t work. The room was clean but everything looks really cheap and the whole place looks like it was built in two weeks. I had to run a fan sound on my phone because you can hear every hiccup from the hall.
