« We had an excellent stay. The property is located conveniently to Rockland/Rockport/Camden and even Waldoboro so we were able to go to The famous Moddys Diner! The unit was clean with plenty of linens. Washer and dryer, dishwasher- these amenities helped us to relax and enjoy our vacation. « Great location and good for a couple of days. No fridge, coffee pot or mirowave in rooms. Cute decorations with storage space and very good lighting. Coffee/tea in office opens at 8AM closes at 4PM. Good hot water and comfy beds, all you need in Boothbay, you want to be out exploring. »

« We had planned to stay 1 night because of scheduling. Came after dark and had no problems finding it. We left in the morning to meet a noon time engagement. Nice setting, very private. »

« The room was not cleaned. There was dust underneath the bed along with dead bugs, dead bugs on the sheets on the furniture in the plexi. The events were not cleaned nor was the dome organic matter growing everywhere and when I expressed my issues with the dome and refused to stay she would only give a partial refund on top of that the fitness center shown is nothing like what is there there is just two adjustable dumbbells »

« Smelly room because of old carpet. Doors with cracks that we could see through. Back door difficult to open . Small old fridge . Clean and adequate beddings . Shower ok . Breakfast generous . Nice weather, so we spend our time outdoor . Kayaking, mini-golfing , we also made a fire at night that was really a nice opportunity . The accommodations need renovations ! The property has great potential ! »

« Dawn could not have been more accommodating during our arrival and departure. Her added check-in to forewarn us of icy conditions in the driveway was above and beyond. We look forward to our next stay. »
