Located off Old Point Road, you're about 1 mile to the main beach and all the top attractions like The Sunset Club and The Beachcoma. This single-level home, featuring a fenced in yard, outdoor shower, gas grill, and renovated kitchen, makes for the perfect family island getaway.

The Space:
No more than 2 dogs max, $100 pet fee per pet - to be collected after the booking is confirmed.

This home offers a large private roof deck, fully-equipped open concept kitchen and living room, off-street parking for up to 3 cars, 2-bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with tiled stand-up shower, laundry, and comfortably sleeps 6 people in 1 full bed, 1 twin-over-full bunk bed, and 1 pullout sofa.

Note: the top bunk bed should only be slept on by kids (no adults should sleep on the top bunk for liability reasons)

Property Features: 600 square feet, high-speed internet, smart TV in living room and master bedroom (ability to log into your streaming services), baseboard heat, 2 window AC units, 3 portable fans, fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, drip coffee maker, 1 full bed, 1 twin-over-full bunk bed, and 1 pullout sofa, 1 bathroom with tiled shower, clean linens and bath towels are provided for all guests, washer/dryer unit in kitchen, dedicated work-from-home desk space, gas grill, three-seasons porch, kitchen table and off-street parking for up to 3 cars.

Cleaning: Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).

Important: Beach chairs and beach towels are not provided. We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Minute is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community, so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay.

Please do not walk on the grass area behind the outdoor shower unless cleaning up after a dog. It's beach grass and won't survive a lot of traffic.

There is no access to the loft areas and no one is allowed on the actual roof of the property. Any witnessed attempt will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation. Roof deck can be used by guests.

We use smart home technology to improve your experience. Minut is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Check-out is 10:00AM unless otherwise noted.
Check-out late fees are as follows:
30 minutes late = $50
2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next quests' stay.

Unauthorized guests or smoking = $500
Noise complaints = $500
Tampering with technology (Ring camera, locks, noise monitor) or smoke alarms = $500

FYI - For guests bringing dogs, please clean up after them. We will be requesting additional payment for any extra clean up from your pet. (The pet fee only covers additional cleaning to make sure to get all pet fur by double washing all linens, wear and tear on flooring/carpets and furniture). Also, please know that there are small openings in the fence where small dogs may be able to slip out. We kindly ask that you keep a close eye on your furry friends and ensure they do not escape through these areas.

NOTE: The tank for hot water is not a huge tank - so if hot water run for a while, it would run out and then take time to reheat. Please be aware of this when planning your showers. We're sorry for any inconvenience it may cause.
