« Tha bathroom sink had 20 to 30 cracks in it and dripped hot water. No cold water or pressure. »

« Only one ice machine on the first floor. Indoor pool was very chilly. The door to room was very heavy. »

« The room was not what we expected, poorly arranged rather small and we were unable to exchange it for a larger room like we asked to do. The nice thing about our stay was it was very quiet. »
