« This place felt like staying at your best friend’s home. It was cozy, clean, and had lots of nice extras - like active games for kids of all ages.We had a wonderful trip and will stay here when we come back to the area in the future. Also, Monique is a wonderful host. She was very responsive and helpful. It was also a super reasonable check out process, which I really appreciate! This was a 5 star VRBO experience. »

« Very POOR. I stayed 4 nights and NOT ONCE was the bed made. NOT ONCE did my room receive clean towels. The garbage was never removed. On Monday and Tuesday mornings at 7:00, we made the coffee in the lobby since no staff had arrived. What's worse (if you can imagine this getting worse) -- We booked 5 rooms at the Boulder Creek Inn and each one of us received boorish and rude treatment by the managers and owners. « It was smaller than the pictures showed, no AC at all, and the only bathroom is downstairs and it's small. It was a great place for my honeymoon, but wasn't expecting it to look so run down. The kitchen and living room were beautiful and spacious, and it was beautifully decorated, just small for my taste, the hot tub was really nice, although the jets were messed up and not working half of the time. « This cabin was even better than pictured! It’s less than a 2 minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk to town. The cabin was comfortable and the hot tub was a great addition. We can’t wait to visit again! »

« Home was nice and a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates welcomed us! The air conditioner couldn’t keep up with the heat and needed to be resealed for outdoor venting. Carpet stairs stained but all in all the bedding was clean and the home was what we needed. »

« At the top of hotel/ARBB priorities should be quality of ce the bed. Most people have traveled a significant distance and are needing a good night sleep on a comfortable bed. This place did not fulfill. The bed had no box-spring and the mattress was so worn that management had put a 3inch foam pad that you buy from Walmart over the top. This made for an extremely soft and hot bed, which for my wife was non-issue but i weigh 200lbs and I had to move to the couch. We refused to stay the second...
