« The room had a terrible odor. My husband had to stay for work and when he complained about the order and asked to move to another room, they said they could do it, but they didn’t have one available till a few days later and the person at the front desk was rude and when we asked for a refund, they would only refund the one night and it was supposed to be two nights. The staff was not very helpful and poor customer service.!! »

« Great location and room interior was nice. Bldg could use some clean up on the outside. Not the best impression when you pull up, looks like kind of an old apartment bldg. Fortunately the inside was nice and updated and across the street from the beach and Main Street restaurants etc. prime location. »

« First impression was a very old space quickly stocked with thrift shop furniture and accessories. Our arrival was after 9pm and at that time, the internet was intermittently working. The main light and the outlet in the bath were not working. The next morning, the internet WAS NOT WORKING. The host responded quickly to my text and had that internet up and running within two hours so that was appreciated. Unfortunately, starting out the morning even for 2 hours without tv, internet and no coffee...
