"This apt is no way an elegant escape. The neighborhood was extremely uninviting with abandoned buildings and empty lots across the street. I felt unsafe, and the first night I wondered if our rental car was going to be vandalized. (It wasn’t.) Even though the tenants in the building were friendly it is still a rough neighborhood.
