Beds were comfortable but are backed up to a beauty shop shared wall. Lots of noise early the next morning. Place was clean and accommodating. Would have given a 5 but lots of music, talking and blow driers.

Everything was good except for the communication. Messages were sent through text messages, emails and VRBO app so I was constantly trying to find different messages with different info. And all important information was sent morning of trip. I'd like all info and papers to sign and everything set up before the day of trip.

No internet to get on vrbo website to check in. No one to help us- no phone number to call! Owner ask trash be taken out however the dumpsters say they are not for trash. The condo was nice! The beds were very comfy! Location was good/ safe’.

The house was amazing! So cute and just the right amount of space. The location was perfect, so close to everything we wanted to do! The only downside was that the beds were kinda hard, but it still wouldn't keep us from booking and staying there again! (Also side note...we like to bring our own food and cook most of our meals while we stay and the kitchen was fairly well stocked. The only thing that was missing was a can opener.)

Great location, accommodations nothing to write home about

This property is located conveniently near downtown Gruene, about a 12 minute walk. It's located in a shopping center and the facility seems like maybe it used to be a business. Industrial floors, one bathroom not attached to the bedrooms. It met our needs for a place to stay one night close to Gruene, but it's not super homey, so I wouldn't necessarily view it as a great vacation spot for a long week. One remote didn't work and sheets were wrinkled. You have to take your own trash out, which isn't a huge deal but not great considering what you pay for a night. Overall good but not great.

Fun times in Gruene

I loved how close this was to Gruene! The walk from the condo to Gruene was less than 10 minutes. The condo was well kept, clean, & had everything we needed. The only downside was how thin the walls were. In the morning we were woken up by the salon next door as we were able to hear full conversations. Overall, we loved our stay and would stay here again!

Best friend getaway was EVERYTHING we could have hoped for! Condo was so sweet and cute. The BED! So comfy! Great communication and everything was perfectly smooth with check-in and check out. Stock very nicely and the location is awesome especially if you have the golf cart! Look forward to coming back soon.

Property was in a great location. Many amenities near by. Walk to Gruene Hall was an easy 10 minute walk. House was comfortable, especially the beds. It had everything you would need. We will be back!

Super Location plus a cozy stay in spotless condo

Loved how convenient this condo is to everything Gruene as well as a short drive to New Braunfels. So much to do whether walking or using a golf cart which we rented easily and was waiting for us when we arrived. The king size bed was absolutely the most comfortable VRBO bed I have slept in. It made it hard to get up and get moving. The kitchen was fully stocked and the bathroom had everything needed to make traveling lighter. If you plan to eat at the Gruene Door restaurant and I recommend you do, be advised they are that good that you need reservations in advance. Easy check in and out plus a ramp instead of stairs for rolling suitcases if on the first floor. While we did not cook in the condo we did have coffee every morning and the quality was better than other places we have stayed. We will rent again!
