Very impressed! Very clean, friendly staff, felt safe, the room was far bigger than expected, I’ll be back!

Good location. Think the following items should have been in the unit: Tea towel, dish cloth, paper towels, sink stopper and 4 coffees (for 4 individuals). Both shower stalls should include shelves for shampoo, soap etc. FYI, the glass stove top has brown stains. The concierges were very friendly and helpful.

It is in a great location. Walk out the front door right in the middle of all the shops and attractions. It is such a fun place to explore and visit. We plan to visit again to explore more of the waterfront area. The only thing that was a little odd in the hotel room was the bathroom set up. Other than that, it was a nice hotel.

Great staff, service; comfortable. Proximity to airport including shuttle, ability for parking at hotel. Only complaint - lack of hotel shuttle pick up signage specifying where the shuttle picks up outside terminals; no direct phone service to on site Hotel for help. Expected 15 minute pick up but didn’t know location of Hotel bus; searched baggage claim at Delta specifically, came up empty. I’m 77 so searching for good info/directions very difficult.

the dining option (Tapas place) within the hotel is great. Showers are slow flow, room service is okay. The staff is generally helpful but some are not so helpful. We opted out of room service thinking we can request it for a day or 2 as we had long stay (~8 day) in hotel. One particular staff lady working in morning told us we cannot request the room service for a day saying some report has been filed and send to management or something. We asked different staff in same-day but in evening, she helped us to get the room service back on and got our rooms taken care off by hotel maids.
