I let the hotel know in the morning via WhatsApp (how they have previously communicated with me) and they didn't bother to answer. My room (102) backed onto a back street which was noisy at night and in the early morning. "The staff were very helpful in recommending restaurants and other sights to see in Glasgow. The hotel was modern and clean, providing a lot of amenities. The location is also great, a short distance from the city center but still in a quieter, more open area."

"Check in was easy and staff were polite. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and you can be 'to go' if you don't have much time. In a good location with pubs and restaurants close by. A great place to stay for a city break."
