Parking (limited number of spaces). Supermarket 30 m, restaurant, bar 50 m, bakery 30 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, bif. Le Déserteur" 50 m, railway station "Sion" 15 km, outdoor swimming pool 700 m. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, tennis 800 m, gondola lift, skisport facilities 400 m, ski bus stop 100 m, ice rink 500 m, children's playground 700 m. Nearby attractions: Alaïa Bay - Surf Park 15 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz Tracouet 4 Vallées 400 m. Hiking paths: Bisse du Milieu 50 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked.  
"Valaisia 24A", 1-room apartment 25 m2 on 2nd floor. Fully renovated in 2017, beautiful and modern furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed (1 x 160 cm, length 190 cm), cable TV. Exit to the balcony, north facing position and east facing position. Kitchen in the entrance (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the valley. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. 06.01.24
