« Staff was friendly and the room was spacious and clean. BIG drawbacks were the front doors have no automation- not sure how that is ADA compliant. Have to try to hold them open and drag luggage through two sets of doors. Next, there is not an elevator. I had to drag two suitcases, my briefcase and purse up the stairs to the second floor. Fortunately, I can make a few trips and successfully do this, but it would not be safe for someone with issues with balance or strength. »

« The property served our needs for a one night stay in Caroga Lake. Finding the place was a bit of a nightmare. We had no wireless service in the area and the host did not provide very good directions. As we had no cell phone service, we could not call the host. We ended up going to the pist office and we were fortunate that a gentleman who was picking up his mail helped direct us to the unit otherwise we would have never found it. « This home was beautiful and accommodated our family of 12 wonderfully. Fully furnished home even down to toys for our 4 year old grandson. The views are spectacular, my husband and I watched the sunrise over coffee before everyone arrived. We would recommend the quite retreat for anyone and will definitely stay here again. Cody and Jessica are great and nice to even know them before renting the property. »
