Perfect family vacation

We had a wonderful week at the beach. The house had everything we needed. We loved the set up with a nice den to hang out in at night. It was very comfy and beds were comfortable too. Great family vacation spot!

Great Vacation

House is conveniently located close to the beach and bay, the 4 bedrooms gave us plenty of room the house is very comfortable and inviting. Our second time renting this property hopefully we can again, we had a wonderful time!

I’m surprised this beautiful property doesn’t have more reviews! The house was exactly as described in the listing. One of my favorite features was the leather furniture and hard flooring throughout (having no carpet was a huge plus for me). The beach access was incredibly close, making the walk easy even for our two children, ages 5 and under. The home was also well stocked with everything we needed, including soap, trash bags, laundry supplies, linens/towels, and more. The host was incredibly responsive throughout our stay and even accommodated an early check-in when our child became sick during the drive, which we truly appreciated. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book here again. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, family-friendly place just steps from the beach.

We love Navarre!

Great views of the sound and you can also see the ocean from your porch. Lots of inside and outdoor seating for relaxing and taking in the beauty. The house has a great layout with plenty of linens and kitchen utensils. We would highly recommend this property.

Visiting Family in Navarre

It was a great stay. We went in July and the weather was warm but we are from AZ so not bad at all! The home had a lot of beach items - bikes, floaties, chairs. umbrellas, it was great for the family. and the owner was/is very friendly. :)

Amazing Vacation Spot

We had a fun, relaxing beach vacation on Navarre Beach! Our house included all of the necessary items and amenities to meet the needs of our group. From the relaxing ocean view to the fun lower level swing and picnic area, there were many options for our numerous hours of family time spent hanging out enjoying each other’s company! Definitely on our list of vacation spots to visit again in the future! The owner was prompt to answer questions and happy to share recommendations for the area!

Flip Flop "N" - Navarre Beach 2023

Definitely recommend Flip Flop "N" for a beach visit. We loved the beautiful spacious home. The views of the Gulf and the Bay were incredible. We loved having coffee in the rockers on the back porch in the morning looking out at the surf. Communication was great, Matt messaged on our check-in to make sure that we got settled and then followed up a day or so later.

We found paradise

The ease of the whole process was wonderful. The owners of the property were in contact when needed. Just a short walk to the public beach or golf cart ride (which you can rent right next door by the neighbor). The beach and water are beautiful. If I could rate it 10 stars I would.

Beautiful beach house

We had the best time staying at Flip Flop N! Short walk to the beach across the street. The home was fully stocked with all the necessities, with the exception of bath towels. It sleeps 8, but there was only 4 towels for the house. This wasn’t a big deal because we just bought some to take back home with us. The wrap around porch allowed us the opportunity to see the sunrise over the bay and then over the beach. It was so peaceful. Matt and Tiffany were absolutely amazing hosts!
