"While the hotel was clean and very nice, our room did not have hot water during our three night stay. The staff ensured us they had shared the issue with management, although no one resolved the problem. We were told two rooms lacked hot water and one was ours. "We had a very pleasant stay overall. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent, with an easy walk to the nearby beach, and the parking was convenient and plentiful. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and having an ocean view was definitely a wonderful bonus. The hotel itself is a bit outdated, and the bathroom layout felt somewhat awkward. The shower was also quite small compared to what we expected. That said, these were minor drawbacks compared to all the positives. The great service, comfortable accommodations, and fantastic location made for an enjoyable stay. We would happily consider staying here again."

"The room was very cute and the communication was great. You also can’t get a more convenient location. The views were fantastic. The property could use some upkeep- everything in the bathroom is loose for example : the faucet, the toilet paper holder etc. but that can be relatively easily fixed. I would recommend to the owners to provide some water in the room since the water in the bathroom is not potable. I’d say the one thing helpful to know is that the ferries smell- and you will be breathing ferry exhaust in this room if you are home when they are in port. "

"Lovely B&B great value for money and very clean & pristine, very happy with this find. The host Monica was very easy to contact & it was a good base to explore La Maddalena. Only side note was it was a tiny bit difficult to find parking on the last night where we came back later which is to be expected in a residential area, and the hill on the road leading up to the property is a pretty steep walk, but manageable. "
