Stay in Elvis' Personal Suite. Guitar-Shaped Pool, Nashville, TN

Our condo is the one Elvis chose as his private suite when in Nashville. Recently-renovated,one-bedroom, close to downtown (Broadway), within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. Decorated with country music memorabilia, all new furnishings in September 2018. Comfortable king-size bed and very comfortable state-of-the-art queen sofa bed (No Bars) with memory foam mattress. Very well stocked with dishes, cookware, linens. Fast, secure internet. Cable TV. Free on-site parking. We are located on the sixth floor of the historic Spence Manor building, which was originally built as a five-star hotel for Elvis to stay when he recorded at RCA Studio B. Other notables who stayed at Spence Manor include The Beatles, Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, and many more. The building has been converted into individually-owned condos. It is nice to return "home" to a quiet condo. The location is very convenient to downtown, where country music reigns, Vanderbilt University, Belmont University, and The Gulch. Broadway with its many honky-tonks, is located about a mile away, a $8-10 Uber/Lyft ride, usually. Many record labels and publishing companies, as well as restaurants and bars, are located within the block. A guitar-shaped pool welcomes you, usually from May until the end of September. This could vary, depending upon the weather. Washer/dryer in condo, iron, ironing board, hairdryer and linens provided. Large walk-in closet. View of guitar-shaped pool and adjacent Owen Bradley park from both living room and bedroom. TV is NetFlix capable. Bathroom has both a walk-in shower and a separate bathtub. The layout of the bath provides privacy with three areas: tub and shower, toilet and vanity. BBQ grill in pool area. Kitchen has full-size dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and over-the-stove microwave. We have been in the short-term rental business since the 1990's and pride ourselves on the cleanliness and comfort that our rentals provide for our guests. The short term rental permit is: T2020018194.
Unforeseen circumstances happen so we strongly advise you to purchase trip insurance in case you have flight problems, sickness, or other circumstances!

If you want to hang out in Music Row, this is the place! Great room. Nice amenities. Clean and functional. We will stay here again! Make sure you go to Cocorico French Bakery (across the circle) for awesome coffee and great croissants!Parking is easy, walking to the Gulch or Broadway is quick, and Music Row bars are across the street. It’s the perfect balance, and this is a great place to do it. Thanks Carlos!!

I stayed a week for eye surgery. The condo was spacious for two for a week, the kitchen was very well stocked, comfortable bed. About a mile from tootsies and we walked to John Daly’s. Easy uber everywhere. Great covered parking. The host answered my many questions promptly. We binge watched a lot of tv - great location for going out or staying in.

Nashville is amazing

We personally loved the location of this property. Outside looking in vantage point. 20 minute walks to Midtown, Gulch, Broadway. UBER can get you to the places easily as well. The condo was clean, updated and had everything for our 3 night stay. We had a great time hiking, concerts, bars, and Grand Ole Opry. We will be back!

Great location. We walked to the gulch, 12 south, broadway, Belmont, Vandy, and midtown neighborhoods. A ton of musical history surround the vrbo. Highly recommend this property.

Very nice condo, great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo was very clean. We rated it a four out or five stars as the bed was not overly comfortable. It felt a little worn out. They were doing maintenance on the hot water system the day we were checking out. We had no hot water to shower. Contacted Carlos. He was quick to respond. He told us he was informed only 5 minutes ago and was sorry for the inconvenience.

Moms Trip!

The condo was perfect for our small group of Moms. Pull out couch was very nice. The place is spacious and we loved how the bathroom was separated into three areas. It’s makes it so much easier with multiple adults getting ready together. Someone was able to shower while the rest of us were getting ready. The toilet was even in a separate room. The location is perfect. Close to many restaurants, sports bars and night life. Broadway is within walking distance or a short Uber ride. We will definitely come back and stay next year. The hosts were easy to get ahold of and communicate with.

Perfect Location & Amazing Host

Husband and I took a road trip to Nashville for a concert at Geodis Park & made plans to do a lot of the tourist things while visiting. This condo is beautiful, has everything you need for a comfy stay and is a very short drive to all of the things to see and do in Nashville. We were able to tour the Grand Ole Opry, Ryman Auditorium, the Parthenon, Gibson Garage, Carter’s Guitars, have dinner on the General Jackson Riverboat and check out the Opry Mills Mall. We had a wonderful bucket list trip! The owners/hosts were very responsive to any inquiries which made our trip so much easier! We will definitely be back to visit again!
