Communication was nearly instantaneous and while we had never used the fob check-in process, it was easy especially with the video posted. The only reason I did not give this all five stars is the parking situation. The spaces are very tight and we had a suv. If you take your car out for the evening you will find the only spots left are next to the pillars which makes a door ding inevitable and we nearly smacked the side mirror. If our car and the little car next to us. Two other drivers assumed they had privileges to park so that they took up two spots. I was thinking assigned spots might help but again if your assigned spot is within the pillars, you’re out of luck. ##### Nicole I.
