It was beautifully decorated, comfy, and under a 10 minute ride to Broadway. The rooftop had an incredible view of the skyline, a fire pit and comfy seating. The bedrooms were spacious with awesome bathrooms. We got out exercise in walking up & down the steps and visiting the coffee shops and Parthenon. Had 4 large bedrooms each with its own ensuite which is so important when travelling with couples and friends. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need …. it was definitely our home away from home. The VRBO host was very responsive to any question I had prior to and after booking. It was only a 10 minute shuttle ride to downtown. Even had an electric car charger in the garage for those that may be driving or renting a car. Unfortunately we did not use the rooftop deck due to the wet weather but it too was set up with great views of Downtown Nashville. This place is fantastic. It was very comfortable for six adults. There was plenty of space to hang out, both in the living room/kitchen area downstairs, and the amazing rooftop deck. Short, easy Uber ride to Broadway, and even closer to some more up-and-coming spots on the west side of town. Bedrooms are spacious, and each has their own full bathroom. Three have one bed, and the fourth bedroom has bunk beds and a trundle bed. There is a cot and a sofa downstairs as well. Everything in the house is new and nice. There are a LOT of steps, but the payoff on the roof is amazing. Great views of the skyline at night. The townhouse is at the end of the row, and it is next to two other VRBOs. They were both occupied at the time of our stay, and everyone was respectful of each other's stay. ##### Alex L.
