The unit is in a quiet residential area a 10 minute walk to The Gulch proper and 20 minutes to Broadway Honkytonks. A bit of a hike to restaurants and bars and typically an Uber home for most of us. Dealing with the owner was great, he was very responsive to al our enquires. ##### William S. This place was perfect with the 5 bedrooms for the the 10 of us. Short Uber/Lyft rides to Broadway never waited more than 5 mins. The place was clean and spacious where we could all be together in the large dining/kitchen area or have alone time in our own rooms. I would stay here again. ##### Dean B. The Nashville themed decor was awesome!l We never forgot where we were. The location was perfect for access to Broadway and Nissan. The fresh roses were a nice extra touch. ##### Robin F. It was modern and clean with plenty of room for our framily (friends who are family). Had the weather been better we would have enjoyed the outside rooftop more (it was so cute) but we'll just have to come back to visit. Our grocery delivery forgot the coffee but there was plenty of coffee provided that kept us all happy. Can't wait to visit this crazy city again and stay at this property. ##### Rebecca P. My friends and I visited for my 40th and had was very happy with this stay. The place was clean, easy check in, and fast communication from property team. It’s in safe and good location within walking distance to the Gulch and Vandy. Lots to explore with short Uber to and from Broadway. Check it out! ##### Salvador T.
