"The rooms were nice. The staff was exceptional. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was good. If you are on a tight budget, this is not for you. Or eat at the grab and go. The buffet we had was $79 for 2 people. A box of Pepcid was $15.37 for 8 tablets. Yikes. The gardens are beautiful though. We walked through them twice. Once at night and once in the morning. Have kids. They a whole water park for them."

"Had amazing indoor/outdoor pool and outdoor huge jacuzzi. Very kice rooms, clean and friendly staff. Wonderfully situated with easy access to Broadway bars. The free breakfast, dinner and 3 drinks each night are an amazing touch and kept us on the property more than we thought we would. These amenities were not at an additional room cost, just a thoughtful hotel chain that knows everyone deserves luxury, not just the rich. As long as their nightly prices remain reasonable, they will become my new go to hotel choice."

"Great location for access to Broadway and all to do & see. Great space for 4. Fun activity space.. pool, games, hot tub, etc.. my only negative was when asking to check in about 1.5 hours early they said it would be $50. We were just going to leave our bags & wait but they did let us in early. Which was great and appreciated but seemed like they were trying for a quick money grab.. and no Kleenex. Otherwise perfect!!!"

"Water supply pipe broke under my sink the first night and the desk clerk asked me if I wanted a new room??? Found that odd. Had to move everything from the half flooded room to a new room while walking around the maintenance worker cleaning up the water. Was given a $100 credit that I could only use in the restaurant at the hotel. Did try it and the food was average and way overpriced (this would explain why the restaurant was very slow). Disappointing."
