The upkeep, maintenance and the condition of the property was poor. Not really a hotel, lacking a lot of amenity. More a bnb style. The experience would’ve been a lot better if it were reasonably priced, however at the price paid, expectations weren’t met.

Det var svårt att hitta hotellet. Dåligt skyltat både utomhus och inne i trapphuset. Rummet i sig var mycket fint. Fanns dock inget varmvatten. Hotellet låg i ett fint område.

Perfekt läge och utmärkt boende för kortare besök!

Utmärkt boende för en eller par dagars vistelse i Neapel. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal, serviceminded! Visade sig inte minst när vår ankomst blev ordentligt försenad. Rent och trevligt inrett rum, om än något litet, med visserligen hårda sängar men jättesköna sängkläder, så vi sov alldeles utmärkt. Litet minus för frukosten som var lite för spartansk för vår smak. Saknades tex bra bröd och yoghurt. Rekommenderar att de satsar på kylskåp/kylplatta för drycker och annat som bör serveras svalt. Föreslår även att göra nyckelbrickorna anonyma, utan hotellnamn och rumsnummer. Men överlag var vi jättenöjda och kan absolut tänka oss komma tillbaka!

Worst experience ever!! Booked on Hotels.com. The area was way to crowded the GPS had me lost. Arrived to the hotel and told me all the rooms were booked even though I made reservations. I wasn't able to stay and could not get my money back.

Это не отель,а несколько выкупленных квартир, объединенных в одно пространство, в номере грязно, даже ведро с мусором было забито мусором от предыдущих жильцов. Стаканчики были грязные, в шкафу нижнее помещение, там пыль просто клубами!!! Освещение в номере ни какое, несколько ламп просто не работало... Завтраки можно рассматривать только в плане выпить кофе, выбора нет. Из плюсов- вид на море, обслуживание персонала.

Ho soggiornato 3 giorni. Stanza deliziosa, nuova e con particolari curati. Letto comodo. Pulizia ottima. Personale gentile e accogliente. Unici problemi: insonorizzazione non buona e un lieve odore spiacevole in bagno (probabilmente dovuto a un difetto nella progettazione dei sifoni). Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Una brutta esperienza

Ho difficoltà a dare una valutazione dell'Hotel. Sono arrivato in Hotel alle ore 23:15 e ho suonato lungamente all'ingresso, non avendo nessuna risposta ho chiamato al n. di telefono dell'hotel e dopo vari tentativi mi ha risposto un persona che mi comunicato che non aveva la mia prenotazione. A quel punto ha riattaccato e ha staccato il telefono. A quel punto ho cercato e trovato con fatica un altro Hotel per dormire. Non ho più avuto notizie dal Relais sul Mare.
