Perfect Location in Olde Naples



  • Less than a block (literally just a few steps) to all the excitement 5th Avenue has to offer, such as boutiques, theatre, art galleries and many fine restaurants. The beach is a short walk as well. Two beach chairs, an umbrella (with sand stake), 2 beach towels, a small cooler and even a tote bag are available for your use!

    This condo also has a designated parking spot so you don't have to try to find a place to park. You will love not having to do that. No going to the Laundromat either. This condo has its own washer and dryer in the unit.

    The kitchen has granite countertops with full-sized appliances. Everything you need is there (pots and pans, coffee pot, small appliances, baking pans, mixing bowls, towels and much more).
