Giangi and his staff are very friendly. This is an interesting B&B as it is in a 17th century building with very high ceilings and huge wooden internal doors. The location is very good for the lively Naples Centre Storico and the port.

The staff is very nice and helps me with buying the train tickets. But I don’t understand why he has to move to a smaller room. I pay the same amount of money even I am one person. I don’t like the move in the middle of my stay!

We only stayed 1 short evening because we had an early morning flight. Our host was extraordinary! He kept in touch often and quickly (I had miscalculated our arrival due to ferry from ischia). He was very friendly and helped bring up our 2 suitcases up the flight of stairs with ease. He told us some historical facts about the premises and the city. He arranged a 5am taxi 🚕 for our family and made the stay easy.

The property is located very close to the airport and centrally within Naples. We enjoyed the local restaurants and shopping. The owner and his team were very helpful - they even helped me organise parking. Having come from Sorrento however, we were jolted into a very different environment - specifically regarding how busy the city was and the noise. In the end however we loved Naples for its own reasons and I’d recommend the hotel and the team.

Not in a good area- all the restaurants were closed at 3pm The bed was very hard. The room was very clean but bed was hard and there was no hot water. Glad that we were here only one night.

Hello. In ITALY in the week of Ferragosto everythings are closed , the local people are in vavation.All the beds have the TOPPER in memory foam , is impossible is hard how you say.We stay in the center of the city , the liveliest and busiest area.Be more attention when make the reservation for your next travel

Beautiful Courtyard Room
Beautiful Courtyard in the bustling city of Naples. Giangi was very helpful and pleasant. We are a family of 5 who stayed 1 night after a cruise and all had a nice air-conditioned place to sleep in one very large room. Not a far walk from some famous pizza shops. Breakfast was at the coffee bar downstairs and we all enjoyed a nice treat. Highly recommend. Taxi to the airport from here was 25 Euros and took about 15 minutes.

Friendly Naples Stay
Excellent host. Anticipated our needs, providing a drying rack and fan without our asking. Good tips provided about Naples. Breakfast is out front in what seems to be an Authentic Naples café - choice of baked good and good coffee. 17th century building. Many steps up, no elevator, so not good for weak knees. Host carried our big suitcase up. Good location. On busy street, but rooms in the back, so quite quiet.

This accommodation is in a great location with just a short walk to the city centre, train station and some great authentic restaurants. Giangi the owner is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and will go over and above to help you. Would recommend!

Great location if you want to stay slightly further away from the bustling areas such as the Spanish Quarter. The bed was very comfortable with a good shower and air con. For personal preference, it would be good if there was a safe in the room, but the property is very secure so we didn’t worry about leaving any valuables. Giangi is a wonderful general manager who is very quick to provide any recommendations for the city. As the hotel is in an old building, be wary that it’s on the 3rd floor with no lift, so not the most accessible if you have a pram, or are in a wheelchair etc.

Superb host
Giangi is a super host. He could not have been more helpful, with advice on sightseeing and help with booking trips and taxis. The hotel was near to the old town and a short walk from the metro. Our room was quiet, spotless and the bed comfortable. We’d recommend a taxi to the accommodation if travelling later in the evening. The breakfast in the cafe bar was also very good. Nice pastries, good coffee and later ideal for a drink and nibbles.

The most unique thing about this propery is the kindness and willingness to help of his owner. Giangi is a good communicator that will answer all your questions on Whatsapp before your trip. Once you are there he will help you carry your luggage to the third floor because the building is very old and doesn't have an elevator. The exterior aspect of the building isn't nice but when you get inside you feel like in a medieval mansion with very high ceilings and solid wood doors. The rooms and bathrooms are big and comfortable and the price is very convenient. Great value for your money. I recommend this property.

Fabulous gem in heart of Old Napoli
Le Stanze del Principe was the right place we stayed on our recent trip, but it rates #1. In addition to its fabulous location and its charming accommodations within walking distance to dozens of great sights and fabulous food options, we experienced by far the best customer service we’ve had on any of our travels. Giangi I as they nest. He went above and beyond to welcome us and make our stay as easy as possible. His directions to the place were super clear, and he stayed on top of our arrival. When I mentioned in a text that we needed Covid tests for our return to the US the following day, he immediately called and arranged for us to be tested at the clinic next door. He also followed up later in the evening to confirm we had received our results. Giangi oriented us to the area and also arranged a cab for us at 3:45 am, and explained how to operate the espresso machine so we would have coffee at that ungodly hour. Truly exceptional service. Le Stanze is on the second floor of a 1619 building. It has its own charm and Giangi will point out its unique architectural character. So be advised that there is no lift so be prepared to navigate the 75 steps to the second floor. It is not for the weak or heart, but it will be worth it for a wonderful, clean, comfortable room with high ceilings. And a truly service-driven host who clearly loves his job and appreciates travel and the great experiences it can offer. Le Stamze gets an 11 from us!

Ottima struttura in posizione strategica
Il B&B si trova al secondo piano di un palazzo signorile del 700 in una posizione strategica per visitare Napoli, in un buon quartiere tra il centro storico a sud e il rione Sanità a nord, comodo anche da raggiungere dall'aeroporto con i mezzi pubblici (bus 182/184 in ca. 25 min.). Abbiamo soggiornato nella Suite, gentilmente offertaci senza costi aggiuntivi, al posto della camera basic prenotata. La camera è spaziosa e confortevole, molto silenziosa nonostante il traffico esterno con un bellissimo soffitto affrescato. Mura, serramenti e arredo sono ben tenuti e nel rispetto dello stile dell'epoca. Letto matrimoniale ampio e comodo. Balconcino panoramico su via Foria Anche il bagno è spazioso con tutti i confort del caso. Inoltre c'è un'ampia area relax comune, con bevande calde (caffè, thè, camomilla ecc.), acqua, frigorifero, sempre disponibili. Il palazzo è senza ascensore, ma il secondo piano si raggiunge senza troppa fatica. Il proprietario, Giangi, è un ragazzo molto gentile e disponibile, persona appassionata al proprio lavoro che tiene molto alla soddisfazione degli ospiti. Ci ha fatto subito sentire a nostro agio, fornendoci informazioni utilissime per visitare Napoli e dandoci assistenza per tutte le necessità. Abbiamo apprezzato la pulizia e il confort della struttura. La colazione (cappuccio e croissant) è offerta nel bar subito sotto la struttura, buona e comoda. In generale il rapporto qualità/prezzo è positivo, siamo stati bene e ne consigliamo il soggiorno.
