Casa Bellacqua is an elegant and welcoming apartment which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps four people. From Casa Bellacqua you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea, of the island of Capri and of the Bay of Naples. Casa Bellacqua is 130 square meters (1400 square feet). It features a private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.   
You will be in the heart of Portici, a few meters (feet) from restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest beach (Spiaggia delle Mortelle) at roughly 500 meters (550 yards).   
Casa Bellacqua is located on the fourth floor of a four story building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up approximately 90 stairway steps. The building has no elevator.   
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Bellacqua. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a reserved parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.   
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: parking; linens and towels. To be paid at the property:final cleaning EUR 50.00;electricity EUR 7.00/day.Available for a fee, if desired:baby bed EUR 5.00/day. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 200 (it is returned to you at check-out).  
  
 Located in a historic 18th century building, Casa Bellacqua has also been the residence and painting studio of a famous contemporary painter.  
Terrace  
The terrace is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and two sun loungers. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea, of the island of Capri and of the Bay of Naples.   
 Living Room 1  
The ceiling of the first living room is sloped, has characteristic exposed wood beams and has an height of 80 centimeters (2.6 feet) at its lowest point. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room has two windows overlooking the terrace, as well as two roof windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.   
 Living Room 2  
This room has no door. The ceiling is sloped, has characteristic exposed wood beams and has an height of 80 centimeters (2.6 feet) at its lowest point. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has a window with a view of the sea. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.   
 Kitchen  
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the second living room through an arched opening. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate two guests.   
 Bedroom  
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the kitchen. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a sofa. The room has a window with a view of the surrounding houses. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.   
 Bathroom  
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the second living room.   
 Half bath  
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter it from the second living room.

Very nice apartment with a superb terrace and a view of the Bay of Naples and Capri. Warm and available hosts. We had a pleasant stay. Italy is wonderful, this is the 3rd time we have been there. I did not know about Summer in Italy, but it is likely that for our next stay I will check availability.

#### We stayed at Casa Bellacqua for 10 days and we had such a great time

We stayed at Casa Bellacqua for 10 days and we had such a great time! The views from the outdoor deck were absolutely incredible (the sunsets seriously looked like a watercolor painting!). The space was nicely decorated, well-equipped, and very clean. The location was also great — walking distance to the train station, where you can easily get to Naples, Pompeii, Herculaneum etc. Carlo and Suzy \[the owners\] were amazing hosts. They were friendly, kind, and thoughtful and they went above and beyond to ensure we’d have an enjoyable stay. The love and care Carlo and Suzy have put into Casa Bellacqua definitely shows! Everything was excellent! Summer In Italy has been great! We appreciated all the kindness and understanding surrounding the pandemic circumstances (originally booked a different place for a friend’s bachelor party right before the pandemic) and we were thrilled we were able to use our credit at Casa Bellacqua in 2023! You guys went above and beyond to help us with the reservation process — thank you so much! We will definitely book with Summer In Italy in the future!
