We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, with an easy walk into town and a nearby public beach, making it easy to enjoy everything Nantucket has to offer. We had a great weekend and would absolutely stay here again!

This was our second time back to the cottages, and we will definitely be back for more visits. The cottage is in the ideal location, walking distance to town, yet a little quieter on the outskirts. We had a nice view of the harbor from our kitchen and one of the bedrooms. Great park nearby if you come with a furry friend, which was super convenient.

Loved the location of this beautiful home. We walked into town with views of the water and it was off the main road so it was quiet at night and in the morning. The house is tastefully decorated and well stocked. The host was great with communication and answering questions. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful new home only a few minutes walk to ferry and town. Modern amenities and well appointed with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Beach access across the street with great views of harbor from second floor. Great spot if you’re visiting Nantucket!

This house is both functional and charming. Close walking to town and the prettiest views. We had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay! Towels and linens were fresh and the mattresses were very comfortable. Having a grill and outdoor seating was wonderful! We loved everything about our stay except leaving.

This cottage was very clean and comfortable. The communication with Theresa was good. She responded right away when the original entry code didn’t work. The place is close to town and very walkable to most shops, restaurants and sights by the harbor. There was a big storm coming and so it was very windy during our visit but that only prevented us from renting bikes to explore more of the island. There was a clothes washer seal that maybe could be cleaned, or replaced, as it’s not good to have a front door washer with the door closed behind another wall door. I never did see any info on where the pool and sauna might be? Otherwise, it’s a really nice place.

This was an excellent spot for my family during our recent trip to Nantucket. The location was great, and it was easy to walk into town. The property was updated and clean. Thresa was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We rented two houses next to each other, which was perfect for our family to spread out. I highly recommend this place!

We’ve stayed in a lot of rentals on our travels, but this one was my favorite. It was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed being able to bring our dogs. We could see the ocean from side windows, so nice, where there was a small beach. There were 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped.

The home was not ready when we arrived to check in at 4:00 PM. Then the cleaners showed up asking if we were leaving at 9:00 AM on the day of check out, then again at 10:00 AM when check out was not until 11:00 AM. Other than that, the home was clean and well-equipped, and only a short 5-10 minute walk to town.

We have stayed at these cottages for years because they are clean, very comfortable, nicely furnished and the kitchen is a pleasure to use. There are always nice updates of appliances. There is no skimping on quality. Great location and a wonderful host who is always helpful and accommodating. We look forward to our next stay!
