« L’hotel, ou plutôt Guest house, est propre, spacieux et bien localisé proche de l’aéroport, mais le comportement de la propriétaire m’a déçue. Mon vol décollant tard dans la journée, ils n’ont pas trouvé de solution pour me permettre d’attendre dans les partie communes de l’hotel. Ils m’ont seulement proposé, et d’une façon assez vulgaire, de payer une nuit supplémentaire. J’ai refusé pour des raisons financieres mais aussi par principe et j’ai dû passer la journée seule à l’aeroport. Cela est...

« Vi hade Margarita House som bas under 2 veckor i Kenya när vi gjorde safaris och utflykter till bl.a. Masai Mara, Crescent Island, Karura forest och Sheldrick Trust. « Very happy with my stay. The property is a small oasis in an otherwise busy area with a beautiful property. The staff are outstanding and always helpful and welcoming. There were heavy rains during my stay which flooded the access road and the staff always found a way for me to cross when I left/arrived on foot. The room was basic but very comfortable with diligent daily service. However the shower appeared to need a deep clean on the tile. The water flow in the shower was also less than ideal...

"Let me take a moment to share my experience at this hotel. Initially, I had booked from September 2 to September 11. I extended my stay for two more nights so a total of 11 nights at the hotel. First of all, the condition of the hotel. This is a very reputable hotel — beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. The rooms were spotless, and the facilities provided were excellent. The gym, the swimming pool, and the 7th floor with its view over the city were all wonderful. I must be honest: I had a truly pleasant experience here. From the chef, to the receptionists, the cooks, the porters, and the pool staff — I sincerely thank you all for the outstanding hospitality you provided. For me, it was easy to build a good relationship with the staff because I took the time to talk with them, learn about their stories, and ask for advice on activities or places to visit in the city.This curiosity and approach allowed me to form genuine connections throughout my stay. A small situation occurred where I had to pay extra charges due to a mistake made by the kitchen staff. However, when I spoke to the manager (who is very competent), she immediately acknowledged the error on behalf of the hotel, ensured I was taken care of, and made sure the matter was resolved fairly. It was not a major issue, but I could see the effort and sincerity in wanting to make things right.I truly appreciated how seriously she took the situation and how committed she was to ensuring I had the best experience"

"Hôtel très bien situé par rapport à l'aéroport surtout pour une longue escale. Le prix est cependant assez élevé sachant que le petit déjeuner n'est pas compris. La navette venant vous récupérer et vous déposer é l'aéroport est inclus. L'hôtel est à moins de 10 min de l'aéroport. Le personnel est super, le restaurant de l'hôtel est très bon et les prix varient de 15 à 30 euros par personnes avec possibilité de manger dans la chambre."
