Indulge yourself in all that Mellow Yellow has to offer on your next Outer Banks vacation with Sun Realty! Located in the heart of Nags Head, this home delights in meticulous details that are sure to please every family member during your vacation to the beach this year. With 8 en suites, a recreation room with a pool table and a wet bar, ocean views from inside and outside of the house, a 14x26 private pool, as well as a private hot tub, Mellow Yellow is a spacious and comfortable home, large enough for the whole family to spread out and get the most out of their OBX vacation.  
  
Offering an open floor plan with three levels, the upper floor was designed with family comfort and fantastic ocean viewing in mind. From this level and the rooftop deck, along with impeccable ocean views, you will be treated to sights of Jockey’s Ridge State Park, the largest natural sand dune in the Eastern United States as well as home to the largest Hang-Gliding School in the world. Activities for members of the family with all different interests are at your disposal right around the corner at the famous National Park. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee as you watch the sun rise over the Atlantic Ocean, and catch the sun setting behind the dunes of Jockey’s Ridge for colors that cascade over the island and illuminate the skies. Both views are breathtaking along the Outer Banks and it’s the perfect time to take photos and bask in the salt air.  
  
If you just want to relax at the house, the private pool is an oasis in itself. Offering a bathhouse, a poolside cabana, and a rooftop deck that is perfect for laying out and getting that perfect bronze that will be sure to have your friends back home jealous when you return. If you prefer the ocean, head South to Small Street for close by beach access!  
  
With so much to see and do around the Outer Banks, Mellow Yellow is sure to please everyone as your family’s perfect beach vacation getaway.  
  
The pool is open from Mid-May to Mid-October.  
  
Sheets and towels are provided for full-week reservations only.

Ground Level: Hall half bath, en suite with 2 bunk beds and a private bath (shower/tub combo), Game room with wet bar, pool table, TV. En suite with a bunk bed and a twin bed with a private bath (shower/tub combo). Pool area with cabana/wet bar and half bath, outdoor shower (not enclosed).  
  
Mid Level: King en suite with private bath (shower and garden tub), TV and door to covered porch. En suite with double and twin beds with private bath (shower/tub combo). Laundry area. King en suite with private bath (shower/tub combo) TV, and door to back covered porch. Deck with private hot tub and walkway to the rooftop of the pool cabana. King en suite with private bath (shower/tub combo) with TV.  
  
Top Level: Great room – Kitchen with 2 dishwashers, dining area with 12-person table, living area, and TV, Large sundeck with ocean views. Half bath in the hallway and a second laundry area. Queen en suite with private bath (shower/tub combo), and TV. King en suite with private bath (shower/tub combo), TV and a small sun deck overlooking the pool.
