« Très belle expérience à refaire. Un hôtel qui mérite ses 5 étoiles pour la propreté de l'hôtel, l'internet, la sécurité, la limpidité de l'eau, la plage, le professionnalisme du personnel et la nourriture, Nos deux derniers voyages en famille ont été au Mexique, mais mon conjoint et moi avons opté pour Sharm el Cheikh pour la température, vu que ce n'est pas du tout humide, le climat est vraiment sec, bien sûr pour l'ensemble du voyage et surtout pour l'hôtel Rixos. Bravo! »

« My first time coming to Egypt after many years of wanting to come and I finally booked and came, found coral sea aqua club and when I booked it I made a mistake of only booking a 5\* hotel however after staying here for a week I have found out it is a 4\* hotel, if 6\* existed I would rate it 6\*!!!! And amazing hotel with absolutely love friendly staff, I’ve had such a wonderful the food is amazing, the entertainment is brilliant, the rooms are clean and hygienic. I couldn’t ask for a better hotel...

« Pour mon premier séjour dans un Pays étranger et dans un hôtel de ce genre, j'ai été séduit par l'accueil et la disponibilité du personnel, les repas étaient variés et de bonne qualité, le chambre confortable et bien entretenue. La plage pas trop loin et en plus une navette faisait l'aller-retour toute la journée (pas plus de 5' d'attente). Seul critique (mais ça ne concerne pas l'établissement) ce sont les petits commerces de proximité et les taxis qui sans cesse nous solicitent à en être...

"Service irréprochable, le personnel de l'hôtel est plus qu'agréable et maintient les lieux propre. Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans cet hôtel et cela restera un bon souvenir. De nombreuses activités sont disponibles et les sorties plongées sont très abordable. Le seul hic est les buffets de la restauration, la nourriture est bonne et varié mais le choix reste limité. En 2 jours vous avez fait le tour des choix et après cela se répète. Nôtre seul problème sur la nourriture est le gaspillage fait par les gens et personne de l'hôtel ne réagi ou fait d'actions concrète sur ce sujet. Des plats entiers jetés à la poubelle, les gens se servent aux buffets sans tenir compte de la quantité qu'ils pourront manger... Les buffets sont à volontés. L'hôtel doit faire une action sur ce point, même si cela reste du comportemental des hôtes. "
