"The side door into the stairwell has no lock & the door into the lobby from the stairs was left propped open. The hallway smelled of urine & the lobby was very hot. Our 1st room had a broken door handle, leaving us locked inside. We were moved to a room with: no working phone; crumbs on the floor; a smoke detector missing; mold on the ceiling; no body wash; no tissues; mildew in the toilet; dirt ring in tub; Summer's Eve bottle left in shower. I brought all of this to the manager's attention the next morning. He assured me it would be taken care of. 45 minutes after waiting in the lobby, the only thing changed was "

"Hot tub could have been warmer, room floor was filthy leaving feet black, breakfast was fresh and good. "

"No frills hotel and the bed was comfortable. The guy at the front desk was nice. Property was in a safe, quiet area but could use some updates. Overall a nice property for the money and would stay again if in the area."

"Floor in room was filthy - our feet were sticking to it and it smelled like stale urine. We had to ask for toilet paper as there was very little left on the roll. The bed was horribly uncomfortable - luckily my husband had the air mattress. We asked for cleaning supplies to clean the floor before sitting it up but they were locked up so he used wet towels to wipe it down. The shower had no where to place toiletries and there were no hooks to hang towels, or clothes for that matter. "
