  • Our 12th floor condo is located in the Four Diamond, AAA ocean front Mar Vista Grande Resort in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach. This is an OCEAN VIEW unit (but a FABULOUS ocean view) that is 1699 sq ft including a 225 sq ft balcony. This unit is owned by the original owners and has never been rented before 2021. The kitchen has new (2021) stainless appliances, granite countertops, ceramic tile floors and is fully equipped. In the den is leather Lazy Boy furniture and a new 50" Samsung smart TV. Master bedroom has King bed, 40" flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Adjoining bathroom has jetted tub and large walk-in shower. Second bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Bathroom has shower/tub combo. Third bedroom has 2 queen beds, flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Adjoining bathroom has shower/tub combo.
    ALL common areas of the property INCLUDING POOLS and HOT TUBS are covered by video surveillance for your safety. A code (which you will be provided with) is needed to get into the parking garage and into the building. PLEASE READ OUR REVIEWS!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay. Everything we needed was already there and the place was very clean. The communication with Mike was all we could have asked for. Location was spot on to the beach and surrounding restaurants/stores. We are already talking about next years trip.

We have stayed in many properties at Mar Vista. This is definitely one of the best. The beds are so comfortable. Check in and communication was great. I highly recommend this property to anyone.

The condo was perfect for us, it has a great set-up, the property was also great and has a great set-up as well!, especially great for parents of young children! We paid a bit more than we usually do, but I think, mostly because we paid up to get a Sunday to Sunday rental that fit our schedule better this year. And we paid up to get a great 3 bedroom and 3 bath unit that made the week very convenient and easy! We would definitely rent this unit again!! Great owner that communicated perfectly for us!

This property is definitely a “hotel” vibe. If that’s the vibe you like, this place is great. I was hoping for a more personal, intimate family vibe. Absolutely nothing the owner did wrong, communication was amazing, the little extras they provided were great also. Just wasn’t the vibe I was hoping for. Also, the pool, bathroom situation is terrible (also not the owners fault). You have to get out of the pool, walk down a long hallway to the elevators, go up to p2 level to use the restroom. The little tiki bar was great, employees were friendly. We used the charcoal grills, they were always available. He had plenty beach chairs and toys.

Mar Vista is an absolutely wonderful place to stay. Mike was the best host and the condo was stunning. We had everything we could have needed and more. It was excellent space for our family of 5. We will be staying here again :)
