Great Value
Gated Resort a plus, the one bedroom was spacious with screened in balcony, shuttle to the beach was great, beach side bar, walking distance to Broadway at the Beach.

WATER BUGS AND ROACHES!!! Outdated and old furniture. Raggedy hallway carpet. Rust in bathroom sinks and tubs. Torn wallpaper. Torn screens and rusted furniture on the balcony. Misrepresentation about closeness to the ocean. Probably a really nice facility about 20 years ago. And did I Mention…WATER BUGS AND ROACHES!!!

I travel to MB every other week for work. I stayed at Ocean Creek twice. Great because the grounds are oceanfront. The first time I had to switch condos because the condo smelled horrible and was furnished circa 1975. The second stay was better but still only mediocre. The kitchen only had “mismatched” plates and silverware for four. Bathroom had other people’s hair still on the floor.

The condo did not look like the pictures. It was clean but just average. The beds were hard. The place could use updates. The pool was dirty. Also the ad said there were 7 pools some inside and others outside. That was not the case. They were all spread out and several we did not have access to. We had to drive to the towers just to get beach access.

Loved the stay. The room was spacious and made us not be all on top of each other like in a regular hotel room. A few of the room amenities were a little outdated but they served their purpose. The resort amenities were excellent, as well as the staff onsite that we had contact with.

The resort was beautiful and convenient to all the shopping areas. I really enjoyed that they’re swimming pools in each villa and the beach was only a few steps away!

The unit was clean however it was very dated... And some of the appliances were difficult to use; the refrigerator door was stucked and really had tyo use force to open as well as the dishwasher.

I left an item in room 2123 on Sunday 5/21 and called back and left a message with housekeeping and have not received a call back stating they have the item or not. I also paid what I thought for an ocean front room and did not get that.

This had to be the worst stay that iv ever had. Once we checked into the girl the first room they assigned was dirty, the bed wasnt made, dirty towels in the bathroom so we went back up front and they assigned a new room this run was cleaner however later we saw several roaches in the room. We went back to front and they told us there was nothing they could do about it and if we wanted a refund we had to contact the travel agent. They were very unaccomidating because of their lackbof cleaniness. Ib works never stay here again nor recommend to anyone. A waste of money.

It was a quiet secluded area close to the ocean beach and pools. The service at the front desk was a bit frustrating as no one was there and we didn’t receive very much information about the property.

The property was off in a safe location. You have security gate to enter which i absolutely love. Also its has nice areas to grill or enter into the pool. The areas atmosphere is amazing an pleseant and you can a family stroll or gold cart ride around the villas. HOWEVER, when we got settled in i got up around 4am to use the rest room when i looked over to my left there were roaches on the dresser. I got my husband up and he turned on the lights and they were EVERYWHERE in bathroom, down the hallway, under the kitchen table etc. I packed up valled the front desk and we were out before 6am. I sent pictures immediately via email and left messages for the manager to call which she never did but we got a refund through iur booking agency. Beware the roaches came out at night.

I had some issues during my stay. My tv did not work, i reported it and they could not fix it, nor did they offer to move me into another room. My tub was not clean, my dishes were not clean. This time around was Not good and ive left my name and number and the manager has NOT called me yet!

Very nice community. My age group. Lovely. Really would buy a place there, but a little expensive I think. Hate the card for the door though. Had to replace a few times. Also you have to rebook just to extend a day.

I was having a hard time getting my keys to work for my room. The front desk agent made me 4 keys before I had to request for her to move me to a new room. This was Christmas Eve and due to this hold up I wasn't able to get to any stores before they closed. This was a disappointment for me and my family to be in the cold for 45 minutes. The room was clean but not updated and my main bedroom door wouldn't close and both bathrooms had issues with the toilet and the hallway bathroom from the room jammed. My family was lucky to find one restaurant still taking orders. Bad start to my vacation.

Beautiful rooms, and very clean. We loved the beach access, and layout of the property. Unfortunately we were called on the room phone roughly 7 times throughout the evening and early morning with no one answering the phone on the other end. The front staff told us that we should have just taken the phone off the hook. We were woken up several times throughout the night and it was quite frustrating. Other than that, the stay was very nice.

In desperate need of updates & DEEP cleaning
On a positive note staff are friendly and helpful. When I got to my room there was a stifling heavy smell. After looking around I realized the rooms have not been updated since I last visited 15+yrs ago. My mom has stayed in the towers which apparently are better. The room was dusty, curtains dirty, fan was dusty, the mattress to the pull out couch was full of stains & cheetos. I walked barefoot for all of 30 mins & the bottom of my feet were black. Next morning I told the front office & w/in 20 mins Sue the house keeping manager came. She is amazing! A new mattress was brought in, she cleaned some problem areas & I was supposed to be moved to a new room if 1 came available. Of course, I never received a call about an opening. The room still had an odor, like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The couch needs a deep cleaning. I appreciate the service I received, but the rooms need to be updated & cleaned. It was impossible to get comfortable due to breathing issues, so much so we had to sleep w/the balcony doors open for fresh air. As soon as we left the room we could breathe normally. Hopefully all rooms aren't like this.

Deceived into thinking it was an ocean view on the beach. It was a villa last updated decades ago with peeling wallpaper and dingy carpets, etc.

Booked a two bedroom for family stay. Extremely easy check-in with convenient parking and no wait, size and layout of rooms was good, but these units are older and definitely showing their age/need some updates. Also had a couple roaches in room during same night ( not completely unexpected in the south in the spring, especially in an older building, but still not fun 😂). Still fair deal for price, and I would trade a lot for easy check-in and good service!
