Great Property

The condo is perfect for two adults or even a small family as there is a Murphy bed as well as pull out sofa. The location is fantastic with restaurants, bars, entertainment, and the beach just steps away.

Great Location and Unit

This was a great location, next to the boardwalk. The unit was nice, with the kitchen being remodeled and including all the items you might need for a week-long stay. The Murphy Bed was also surprisingly comfortable. And the owner and supervisor of the property were EXCELLENT! The communication was the best we have ever had when renting!

Beautiful location

Great location on the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The condo was a hidden gem once you go through the dated lobby. The lobby was accessible to anyone, as were the elevators, which you could bypass the lobby to get to by entering the back door (no key needed). Would have preferred a more secure system because of the foot traffic in the area. The key/cardless lock system on the condo was easy to use. I was there mid week so the halls were quiet, but as the weekend approached, the foot traffic above and beside the unit could be heard. The amenities were great! Extra cooking supplies and all the kitchen accessories were available. The only area I didn’t pack for was soap for the bathroom, there were sample packets of shampoo in the shower, but no hand or body soap. The decorations and cleanliness of the condo was excellent, but for the price, I would have liked a better security entrance, especially since I was traveling alone. I appreciate the owners voicemail and contact info…

Great stay!

Location was amazing!! It’s exactly what is seen online. Tub is a bonus for someone that loves baths!! Towels are soft. Easy walking anywhere…would def recommend!!

Great condo, amazing view, and wonderful stay.

My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary with a week at the beach. We are so glad we chose this condo. The place is exactly what you see, it's clean, has a great view, is well stocked, and communication with the owner blew us away. We couldn't recommend this place highly enough and we will be back! By the way... the location is perfect. All the local attractions are within a couple of miles. Plus there is a local boardwalk that ends at the condo, so you have direct access to some great restaurants, shops, and a Starbucks almost next door. But my favorite was waking up every morning and watching the sunrise with coffee on the balcony. You can't beat it!

On the 10th floor, view was spectacular. Pools were not too busy. Steps from the Boardwalk. Had chairs and umbrella in the room for use on the beach.

Great place to stay!! Owners very friendly

For once the pictures match the actual listing. It was a very clean unit well taken care of. Close to the beach and the strip. There was an access to the beach that was closed but there was another one to use. The owners were so friendly we got a welcome call to perso ally thank us for renting. Great personal touch. Highly recommend!!! 5 stars

Great place for 2 or 4 on MB!

Renting experience was a breeze. Even got a call before we arrived to make sure all good! Loved the layout for the size of this place, could hear the waves all night from the Bedroom by leaving the Bathroom door open! Nice porch and pool and right by everything, including the start of the boardwalk!

A great place to stay - close to everything!

We really enjoyed our stay in Myrtle Beach. The condo was cozy, very clean and provided everything we needed. The view from the balcony was stunning; we even saw dolphins swimming up the coast! We were contacted by the owner of the condo to welcome us which was a nice touch. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars and a grocery store. We will definitely stay again.

No washer and dryer

Good location. Nice unit, but no washer and dryer as stated in description. I asked about it and was told they were out for repair and didn't know when they would be back. The area for washer and dryer was filled with items and didn't look like they had been there in a while. Very deceptive listing. I would not recommend them to anyone.

VERY DISAPPOINTING!

This property is not what was described. The door lock on the unit is very difficult to secure. The bed is lumpy and noisy. I have allergies and asthma and we found that the HVAC filter hadn't been changed in years. It was disgustingly dirty. The furniture on the balcony was filthy and there was a cigarette butt on the balcony floor. (gross) We took pictures to help justify asking for a partial refund. The sound on the living room TV did not work properly. The safe did not work. When we called for help with both the TV and the safe we were told that the owners would be contacted and that someone would get back to us but no one ever did. We did receive a phone call from the front desk that the washer & dryer in the unit above had leaked. The pool was not very nice and the hot tub was filled with young kids even though the sign on the hot tub states that is is for 15 years and older. It was just one thing after another so we left this unit 2 days early and rented a nicer unit up in North Myrtle Beach at Cherry Grove Pier. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

The condo was just as it was advertised online. This condo was in walking distance to a lot of stores and restaurants . It’s on the 10 floor and had a awesome view of the ocean. My friends and I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great location and clean property- horrible service with issues

First and foremost- the condo unit itself has been updated and was clean. The appliances worked well and everything was in order. Now- the condo as an entirety is old. It is an older condo and there needs upgrades in the elevator and pools. It looks old- however all of Myrtle beach looks old. Now. Let’s discuss the lock. The lock on this unit is installed improperly and doesn’t work. It took more than 15 minutes to unlock the door and more than 15 minutes to lock it back. The VRBO contact for this unit was belittling and decided not to help repair it so we got VRBO involved. Their answer was just to have the contact repair it. She texted me and said she did- it was never repaired nor did I see someone repair it. Good luck and Godspeed If you rent this. While it’s clean, it’s also dangerous not to be able to get in and out well.

Cute condo with great views - walking distance to so much!

We celebrated my husband’s 32nd with some friends and this was the perfect stay for us! We received the sweetest card and wine from the owners to celebrate. They had all the essentials so really didn’t need to bring anything. Walking distance to several restaurants and bars. There was some confusion with parking as you only get one parking permit, but they had overflow lots so not a major issue. We had plenty of space for 6 adults. Would definitely stay here again!!

Myrtle Beach Car Show Trip "Run To The Sun"

Property location was great. Food and shopping was very close. Check in was unacceptable. Was rudely spoken to by attendant on duty because of booking through VRBO. Was treated like a bother and receptionist made it clear they would not be available if we needed anything since we did not book through them directly. Very uncomfortable and unwelcome for sure. Otherwise, room was great.

Beautiful upgraded beachfront condo with ocean view

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo! The condo was clean and well appointed. Winifreid, the host, could not have been any nicer. The location was amazing, right on the Boardwalk. We were able to walk just several minutes to the Pier for a delicious meal and then to the SkyWheel. The condo was just as the pictures portrayed. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities, including spices for cooking. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, with lots of space to spread out on. Our son loved eating at the breakfast bar. The view of the ocean from the balcony was spectacular! Since traveling with our child, it was fun to have the Murphy bed for him to sleep on. We slept very comfortably on the king bed in the bedroom. The condo met all our needs; we will definitely stay in this unit again!
