Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. 3\. Only registered owners, tenants, and guests may use the property. 4\. Parents are responsible for supervising their children. 5\. No drunk or disorderly behavior. This may result in immediate eviction. 6\. Loud parties and disruptive noise are not allowed. 7\. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. 8\. Do not play in or interfere with the elevators. 11\. Skateboards and scooters are not allowed on the property. 12\. No hazardous or flammable materials permitted inside the building. Property is 3-minute walk to beach and has a bit of an ocean view which is very nice. Owner fixed one of the stove burners that didn't work and said he would order drapes to cover the windows above and to the side of front door where the light shines in; this is a bedroom so it was hard to sleep. We had to place paper over the windows to block out the light ourselves. Bed and sofa were very hard on the joints so seniors, beware. Younger folks would probably not be bothered by this.
