"My sister made a reservation under my moms account since it was late and we were going to a music festival but had to set up tents. Since it was under my moms acct, they did not honor it and wouldn't even FaceTime my mom or speak to her. I had done that on several occasions and never had a problem in the past so I am assuming it is both the hotel and hotels.com fault. My mother sent several message to the website and they still haven't responded. Very unprofessional. We ended up having to take a room and be charged AGAIN."
