« Notre chambre avait une porte communicant avec la chambre d’à coté , on entendait tous les bruits des voisins. La seconde nuit fut vraiment mauvaise car les clients de la chambre d’à coté ont débarqué à 2h30 en parlant fort et faisant bcp de bruits , ils ont même tenté d’ouvrir la porte communicante. L’ayant signalé à la réception, on nous a proposé en compensation d’ajouter des points à notre compte fidélité . Les points n’ont même pas été crédités . »

« Everything was great, one thing that would be nice : Toiletries- tooth brush and a small tooth paste. I am very accustomed to having all the necessities in Europe and in Asia, and it’s a common expectation in many countries as well, but such a small, but nonetheless very important items would be a huge boost to “client satisfaction” - a disposable “toothpaste and a toothbrush” - especially when quite often people forget this very important items. »

« Easy check-in and check-out. The heated pool and hot tub was really nice. The breakfast in the morning helped to start our day. Great location in downtown Boise. »

« Was disappointed when we discovered our reservation did NOT include breakfast, was almost positive I read that it was when booking. Did not expect to pay $20 per vehicle for parking and definitely didn't like that they run your card for $50 of incidentals instead of just placing a hold. The property is also located on a busy main road that was loud during high traffic times. Would recommend they use an upgraded toilet paper as it was not soft at all. The pillows look comfy but almost flatten...
