"We had a nice stay at this Hotel.. the front staff was very friendly. Easy check in process. The room was very clean, the bathrooms could use a little upgrading but still clean. Beds were comfy and the area was quiet.. overall I would stay here again!"

"Convenient location with fridge and microwaves in room. Could use some updating of linens and furniture. Might be helpful to offer greater variety at breakfast."

"First room that was assigned had another person's suitcase in it. Next room, TV unplugged, tear in top sheet, no cleaning service 1st night, no kleenex in the room, towels looked dirty, woke up to ants all over bedside table, portable heater, lightbulb missing in bathroom, shower went cold all of a sudden, then back to warm, and the bare floors were gritty. Yes, it is a very old hotel, but the website photos are very misleading. "

"Hotel condition was fine. The co-ax connection on the tv was loose so reception was poor until tightened. The breakfast ran out of milk for the cereal. We expected more. "

"Everything was excellent. The kitchen well stocked, the beds comfy. Great shower water pressure. The back yard was great and our dogs loved it too. I had a question and I was afraid my phone might die before I had an answer and Christine answered immediately. "

"The rooms were very clean!!! Beds were very comfortable. Pillows could be a little firmer!! Too Soft. Need two pillows to get comfortable. Staff was excellent but took long time to get sign in!!! Several people waiting in line to get sign in!!! Parking lot was very small a cramped for a big truck!!!"

"Check-in was a challenge. Attendant was a very pleasant young lady, but clearly unfamiliar with the job. Long wait to help the two customers ahead of me. Many questions about payment options, rewards programs, handicap rooms, service dog options, etc. Another attendant referenced many times for answers, but did not intervene. It took 20-25 minutes to check-in, only to then discover our keys were not programmed. As if not enough, the Wifi password written on the key folder was not correct. The attendant had a wonderful customer service personality; just needed more training. Breakfast options were very good, and the breakfast staff were very attentive. Kudos to them! Disappointed that when we returned to our room on the final night, our used towels had been collected but were not replaced to clean towels. Criticism aside, we will stay at this property the next time we visit this area."
