"The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is in a great location, especially if you are going on a cruise. They held our bags until check in. They have a business center so we were able to print our boarding passes. They also can arrange for airport and pier transportation (a huge plus!). Communication with guests prior to arrival is excellent.."
